Just north of the Navy base in Everett is the 10th Street Marine Park Pier.. . WDFW advertises it as a good spot. The pier requires a salt water license to fish off of it. It has a public a bathroom making it family friendly. For the adventurous there is a ferry that goes over to Jetty Island. A man made island from river dredging that is a local attraction.
