Used the Vortex grill attachment for the next two experiments. For smoke I just put the wood right above the Vortex device, worked great. Pork loins cut to size, skewered, rolled in with your favorite rub, wrapped in bacon and smoked for 45 minutes. Dipped in your favorite BBQ sauce and smoked another 20 minutes. With corn on the cob roasted for 30 minutes using the vortex device . Then smothered in butter and roasted another 15 minutes. On a couple of the cobs I rubbed them down with a pork rub, yep, liked that.
