Bought a new attachment for the Kitchen Aide. A stainless steel meat grinder with associated sausage stuffing tubes.
Digital Meat Probes
The dispaly shows our favorite toys for smoking big chunks of meat, turkey, ham and pork sholders, the digital meat probe. The two shown are a two piece unit. One unit (the sender) plugs into the meat and measures meat temperature and radio transmits the temperature to the receiver. The reciever can sit up to 100 feet away from the grill and the sending unit. The receiver has all the alarms on it for a variety of different types of meat. When the meat hits the right temperature an alarm goes off on the receiver to alert you its time to eat! Has to be the single most admired accessory.
